Showing our know-how at seminar for technique improvement of the entire industry
We share our techniques and know-how to those who are interested in manufacture. We actually held online seminar including demonstration of design/ defect countermeasure for injection mold, effective way of installing automatic machines. We believe this activity leads to technique improvement and technique inheriting for the entire industry.
Our mission is to support product developers
We would like to share our accumulated knowledge and know-how about resin to realize ideal products to customers.
Also, we focus on organizing seminars and media site to share technique information for everyone.

For foreign staffs, Japanese language education and support for their difficulties in both work and life
There are more than 10 foreign staffs in all factories and most of them face challengings in Japanese conversation at work. They try to communicate with customers, suppliers and any other individuals in various situation everyday.
Thus we support foreign staffs in various way. For example we basically add furigana in internal documents and support them to commute Japanese language school.
Futhermore, we set internal meetings with them to share and solve difficulties at both work and daily life for their continued success.
Ingraining Japanese quality into Indonesian branches
Local technique staffs in Indonesia branches basically spend 1.5-3 years training in Japan. They aquire not only Japanese language but Japanese sophisticated techniques through training. That is why we can offer the same level of performance even in Indonesia as that of Japan.
